As part of our
musician’s series on Your Life Matters we would like to
welcome Bryan Cole. Bryan hails from Western
Pennsylvania among the ghosts of a former steel town and
blue-collar community. He began his love for music at
the age of seven, where he performed in front of ten
thousand people. His childhood was no different than any
other young man; with the exception that Bryan was
gifted with truly exceptional vocal and musical
abilities. He knew very early on what his life calling
was and he would approach this calling with the utmost
tenacity, drive and spirit.
Today’s Country
Magazine just wrote:
Being
an artist in today’s country music format takes more
than just talent. There are song selection/writing
aspects, business approaches, charity work that defines
your character, etc… Bryan Cole is a great example of
the total package. His numerous efforts with charity as
well as his ability to take a great song and put his
crisp voice and delivery on it.
Bryan Cole’s music career began at
the age of seven, where he performed in and around his
home town. Throughout his childhood and teenage years,
Bryan performed in many local bands and winning over
music fans with his tremendous talent and electrifying
stage presence. In 2003, went to Nashville to begin
networking and laying the foundation for his solo career
in Country Music. Bryan was introduced to award winning
producer Chuck Ainlay through a mutual friend. Chuck’s
credits include George Strait, Sugarland, Vince Gill,
Dixie Chicks, etc. Bryan met Tom Paden who agreed to
help find the right material for Bryan’s debut album.
Paden had written a song with Kent Blazy(Garth Brooks)
that he felt would be perfect for Bryan. Bryan called on
musician friends Mark Greenwood (bass player Garth
Brooks), Jimmy Mattingly (fiddle for Garth Brooks, Reba,
Dolly Parton, etc), Steve Hinson (pedal steel player for
Randy Travis, Josh Turner), Michael Stover
(drummer/singer for Angelspeak) and session keyboardists
Michael Rojas and Jimmy Nichols (Faith Hill). Bryan’s
debut album “Wide Open Road” is a fantastic mix of
stellar musicianship, amazing vocals, great songs and
top-notch production. Bryan’s fan base boasts impressive
numbers that are growing daily worldwide. Bryan’s
talents have also afforded him the ability to secure
endorsement deals with Wrangler, GHS Strings, Geezer
Cabinets, Rocktron, In-Tune Guitar Pics and more. He is
active in several charities including
Animal Rescue League, Rescue
Ink and the Amy Roloff Foundation. Bryan’s love for
animals sparked a brand new song called “I’m Comin’
Home”, he co-wrote with award winning songwriter Michael
Stover. The song’s fantastic message of “a second chance
at life” and rising above hardships is already begun to
make strong waves with its uplifting message of hope.
Wide Open Road is released on Perfect Vision Records and
is available through all major online retailers and
selected retail locations.
