Our guest is Eric Davis PhD. who is a drug and alcohol counselor as well as a provider for the treatment of stress. Dr, Davis is the Director of Clinical Services, Co-Founder of Life Recovery Center.

Dr. Eric Davis has been in the field of mental health and addiction for over a decade. He has extensive experience in dual diagnosis, and has worked as a Therapist and Director in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. Eric is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (IN #34005462A) who holds a Bachelors degree in Social Work from the University of Indianapolis, a Masters degree in Social Work from Indiana University, and a Ph.D. in Psychology and Christian Counseling from Louisiana Baptist University. He holds certifications as an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor IV, Indiana Certified Addiction Counselor II, National Certified Addiction Counselor II, Internationally Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional, Internationally Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional Diplomate, and Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor. Eric is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the Indiana Counselors Association on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (also serves as Certification Board Chairman-Elect), the Indiana Association of Addiction Professionals, the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors, the Board of Christian Professional and Pastoral Counselors, and the American Association of Christian Counselors. He also serves on the University of Indianapolis Social Work Program Board. Eric provides therapy from a holistic perspective; noting the importance of integrally addressing the needs of mind, body, and spirit in a successful recovery program. He has been a guest speaker at churches, courts, probation offices, hospitals and treatment facilities. Eric is also a published author and professional musician (drummer, guitarist, and vocalist) who enjoys writing and performing original music.
