So here
we are. A few weeks ago we finished Thanksgiving. Most
of us probably did not need to eat stuffing as we
stuffed ourselves very well. Many have to go to a few
different homes for Thanksgiving dinner. Jenn & I went
to three in one week. Now I sit and think about the fact
we are getting ready for Christmas dinner. HO HO HO the
festivities. Good times with families, grandchildren and
food. Yes another BIG meal. Or in some people’s case a
few good meals again. Hollywood will help us envision
everyone sitting around the table, maybe eating another
Turkey, Ham, Sausages, Lasagna, Meatballs or maybe all
of the above. What is interesting is that we basically
take for granted the fact that we will be gaining weight
during the holidays. Did you know that this time, right
between the holidays is notoriously the most dangerous
for anyone who is trying to watch their weight? Our
guest today says it is possible to get through the
holidays without gaining weight. In fact she says you
can lose weight this time of the year all while enjoying
the season and all of the great food. I am now sure I
have almost every woman’s attention. Now are guest today
is not crazy or delusional. I joke, but she is a
certified personal trainer, wellness coach, motivational
speaker and an author of the book “Freedom From PCOS: 3
